The NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering (MPSTME) has introduced a new Diploma Engineering Programme, a transformative three-time course designed for scholars who have completed their 10th standard. This programme is a significant step in aligning with the National Education Policy( NEP) 2020 and provides a flawless pathway from parchment to a degree in engineering.
NMIMS MPSTME has dislocated its famed 10 6 Binary Degree Programme into a more accessible Parchment programme, followed by a smooth transition into a degree programme. This innovative restructuring is in the final stages of blessing by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The new Diploma Engineering Programme is designed to be the first step towards leadership in engineering, incorporating foundational education with slice-edge technological training. scholars will have the occasion to specialise in one of four crucial areas Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. This comprehensive class is designed to equip scholars with the chops and knowledge necessary to excel in the ever-evolving field of engineering.
The new programme will be available simply at the Mumbai lot, offering 60 seats each in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science & Engineering, and 180 seats in Computer Engineering. This ensures a focused and devoted literacy terrain where scholars can thrive under the guidance of educated faculty members.

To be eligible for the programme, the seeker must have passed the 10th Std./ SSC examination or its original with at least 70 total marks.
