KIIT School of Management (KSOM) is a leading institute of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology in Bhubaneswar. It successfully organized its 5 Days Online FDP program on LEADERSHIP – GEN NEXT: EXERTING INFLUENCE NOT AUTHORITY. The program took place from 13th till 17th January 2021. It was an ATAL, AICTE, and GOI approved project seized by Prof. Shikta Singh, Associate Professor, KSOM.
The program got a staggering reaction of more than 200 enrollments from across India from a drug store, medication, biotech, designing, the executives, and corporates. An immense variety was seen among the members.

The Faculty Development Program (FDP), coordinated by the KIIT School of Management (KSOM), pointed toward giving freedoms to the members to learn models and techniques of authority pertinent to a wide range while learning the new administration advancements styles and methodologies. The Faculty Development Program (FDP), which was multiple day-long programs comprising of complete 15 meetings, was initiated on twelfth January 2021 with the presence of Honorable VC of the University, Prof. Dr. Hrushikesha Mohanty, Esteemed Registrar, Prof. Dr. Jyanaranjan Mohanty, Revered Guest of Honor Dr. Ranjit Nayak and the Director of KSOM, Dr. Saroj Mahapatra, just as Dean of KSOM, Dr. S.
