Assam ITI admission 2026 is expected to be held in June 2026. Students must have passed 10th or 12th to be eligible for it. The admission will be done based on the merit list. While the rank list will be displayed at the end of June 2026.
The Assam ITI 2026 admission schedule is conducted online by the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Assam. The admission process will start in May 2026, while the last date to apply will be in June 2026. The candidates must refer to the official website to complete the process. The conduction authority releases the application forms for NCVT/CoE trades, SCVT trades, and IMC under SCVT (SCVT trades conducted by IMC in some ITIs) under the Craftsman Training Scheme on the official website, www.itiassam.nic.in 2026. Further, the admission is being done based on the merit prepared as per the candidates' scores in their last qualifying examination. There will be no separate entrance exam for the admission.
Moreover, the students selected in the merit list will then be called for the counselling process as per their rank. There will be around 5 counselling sessions and one spot round session as per the seat availability. The counselling is expected to start in the second week of June 2026, while the seat allotment will be available in the last week of June 2026.
