Shoolini University has announced partnerships with Newcastle University and Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom in a significant stride towards global academic integration. Newcastle University, a globally recognized institution ranked in the top 110 by QS World University Rankings 2024, offers around 185 undergraduate and 300 postgraduate programs. The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Shoolini’s Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla and Newcastle’s Vice-Chancellor and President Prof Chris Day. This agreement marks a pivotal step in fostering direct academic engagement and cooperation between the two universities.
Oxford Brookes University, known for its modern and innovative approach to higher education, stands out with a 6th place ranking in the UK for teaching according to the Times Higher Education Young University Rankings 2022. It also boasts top-tier placements in 19 subjects as per the 2023 QS rankings.
The partnerships will encompass a variety of collaborative efforts, including student exchange programs, joint research projects, and the mutual exchange of staff and graduate students for research, teaching, discussions, and joint conferences. Additionally, the universities will co-host academic conferences, enriching the academic landscape and offering diverse perspectives and expertise.
