Regular and private candidates who have graduated may apply online by uploading xerox copies of their transcripts and other credentials. The following procedures must be completed by the institute's headmaster or principal in order to register using the CGBSE 12th Migration Certificate Form 2025:
- Step 1: Visit the official website of the Board of the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education.
- Step 2: Select the "Online Student Data Entry" link and then click "Continue."
- Step 3: Log in using the school account.
- Step 4: Now enter the ID and password.

- Step 6:The headmaster must now enter all of the student's information, including whether the student is a regular or private student, and then choose the student's class as Secondary/Higher Secondary.

- Step 8: Now use the online payment channel to pay the Rs. 110 application registration fee.
- Step 9: Then, a reference ID number and transcription information is displayed on the screen.
