Candidates scoring the minimum qualifying marks for GATE 2023 will be called to apply for a single centralized GATE 2023 counselling process to provide admission to the participating institutes.

GATE Counselling 2023 Eligibility

There are two types of GATE Counselling 2023, namely COAP and CCMT, so the eligibility requirements vary for each. Following are the GATE 2023 counselling eligibility criteria.

GATE 2023 Scorecard

Candidates must have a valid GATE 2023 scorecard to participate in COAP and CCMT counselling. The scorecard must have been issued in the past three years (2021/2022/2023).

GATE 2023: Minimum Marks for COAP

For COAP, GATE 2023 minimum marks required vary for each participating institute.

GATE 2023: Minimum Marks for CCMT

For CCMT, candidates must score less than or equal to 6.5 CGPA or 60% for OC/OB categories and 55% for SC/ST/PwD categories from a recognized university.

Candidates must submit the documents for GATE 2023 counselling verification process. They must carry self-attested photocopies of all original documents.
