I have done an online internship on CMOS -VLSI design using micro-wind at Silicon Microsystems.
TCS and many other companies hire from our campus.
Placed student gets an average salary package of INR 3.5 lakh per anum.
The alumni meet conducted every year.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There is one boy's hostel, and there are PGs outside the college.
The food is really good in college, and it costs around 50-70 rupees per meal.
The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls, and Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria for my course is the completion of 2nd PUC with a minimum percentage of 60%.
I took up CET and got the seat through CET in this college.
The cutoff for this course is 25,000 in CET.
Academics and Faculty
Class starts at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm. Exams are conducted as per the university norms, and assignments are given after every module of the syllabus.
The quality and method of teaching is good.
I have a very good experience at this college.

Epass Karnataka scholarship is available to all the students under SC, ST, and OBC category.

Clubs and Associations
The main events are technical fest GETOCS only for the electronics department and TECH BLAZE for all other departments.
Besides, the cultural fest ESTRALIS and annual sports meet is conducted every year.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Gopalan College of Engineering and Management is a very good college both in academics as well as sports. The environment is peaceful and spreads a positive aura. We have experienced teachers who have completed their PhD's in their respective courses. The teaching staffs are available anytime even after college for clearing the doubts. The teachers are very supporting and encouraging. We have a huge library with many textbooks and reference books and also well-equipped laboratories. The college even has an open amphitheatre and an auditorium. We even have a huge sports complex with many indoor and outdoor game courts and also a swimming pool. GCEM even has many cultural and technical fests to exhibit our talent and also many hands-on workshops for practical knowledge. Overall a very good place and a stepping stone to pursue and succeed in your career.
