Shraddha Outlook's Review on Pearl Academy Rajouri Garden

1. Placements are okay. Do not expect big brands/companies.  

2. Many internship opportunities are available and stipend is good. 

3. Industry: Fashion brands/ Designer brands, Merchandise, Export Houses, Media Agencies.  Key Companies - Li & Fung, Shahi Exports, Cover Story, Abhinav Mishra etc. Roles - Store Manager, Social Media Manager, Buyer, Merchandiser. 

4. The Alumni Network is huge. You should try it. You get to meet a lot of people from the industry. 

Hostel facility is available but I would suggest you get your own place. It will be much better and fun. PGs and other options are available outside the college. The canteen at Pearl Academy is the best! You will love their food and if you are a non-vegeterian you will have options. Meals are reasonable in the range of Rs 50 - 250. 

1. The duration of the course is 2 years
2. Eligibility criteria is to be a graduate in any discipline.
3. There are 3 admission cycles i.e June, July and August. You can apply for this course until mid - August.
4. For the admission procedure, you have to register with the required details for the test, give the test and final round will be the interview with the faculty. 
5. Pearl Academy has a common entrance exam for this course i.e General Aptitude Test. GAT has 4 sections divided into- a. Vocabulary and Comprehension, b. Quantitative Ability, c. Logical Thinking and Decision Making, d. General Knowledge. 
6. The interview will be based on your interest in pursuing the course and communication skills. 
7. There are no typical cutoffs for the course. 

The curriculum is exciting and filled with visits to Milan, Bengaluru, Sri Lanka for a better understanding of the fashion industry. 

The academicians are experienced and teach with passion and interest. 

The overall experience was amazing for me. The teachers were supportive and understanding. Your money will not go to waste. 

1. Pearl Academy, Delhi West Fee Structure. Rs. 349000/- is the course fee for the first semester and later on, the fee is Rs. 220000/-.

2. Application fee is to be paid using Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft. Please keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft ready with you before applying. The Demand Draft should be in favour of the Creative Arts Education Society payable in New Delhi. 

3. Educational Loans are available with Finance Peer. 

There are plenty of student societies, clubs and associations like Plan Clan and Digital Ninjas. It is fun and you will get to interact with other people from different courses. There are many competitions to engage students like Visual Merchandising Competition, Ad Comp and many more. 

The library is amazing and comfortable. You will love college life at Pearl Academy because of the festivals and people you meet.
