Placements and internships: The scope of microbiology is huge because of its capacity to control the basic purpose of numerous fields like medical, dairy, pharmaceuticals, industrial, etc. Placement cells of BFIT work on getting the best opportunities for the students. I am in the final year and we are being guided for our further career options like how to make CVs, how to apply for the jobs in different organizations, and also how to crack the interviews. BFIT provides all the necessary facilities to recruiters for their placement drives at the campus. Students of BFIT get a good start for their career in the industry.

College infrastructure: Our college has great infrastructure and an amazing environment. Students can study and relax whenever they want to relax. It also has a hostel facility for the students. The college provides free WIFI to the students and amazing labs with a lot of equipment.

Admission and entry: BFIT is considered the top B.Sc college in Dehradun, which is affiliated with HNB Garhwal Central University. Bachelor of Science in Microbiology degree is one of the best and most interesting undergraduate programs at Baba Farid Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for this course is that the student should have passed his/her 12th and have at least scored 45% (40% SC/ST) marks. The student who fulfills the basic eligibility will further be allowed to give an entrance examination conducted by the institute and then the final step is the personal interview. The selection will be on a merit basis.

Academics and faculty: Faculty of BFIT is one of the most educated faculties. Our teachers are highly qualified in their respective fields and are also well trained for their job. All the teachers are available for me and other students at any time. I can clear my doubts with my teachers whenever I want and as many times I want. I am really happy that I got mentors like my teachers and I am happy to be a part of the BFIT family.

BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun Fee structure. The fees for my course are INR 45000/- per year. Our college also provides scholarships to its students. Scholarships are based on different percentage criteria that student scores in the entrance examination. I personally got 82% in the entrance and I got the scholarship. Students will need to get a minimum of 70% aggregate to get the scholarship.

Clubs and association: BFIT not only make students good in academics, but it also gives the opportunity to its students to do something great in extracurricular activities. For this, BFIT has many different clubs where students can perform their abilities in different extracurricular fields. Some of the clubs are PD, sports clubs, cultural clubs, etc.
