Mounika Surnar's Review on CMR Engineering College, CMR Group of Institutions

Our College CMREC has a separate training and placement cell which works for students opting placements and higher studies on India & abroad. It provides soft skills training and entrepreneur development training.

A number of students from the CMR Engineering College have been placed in companies like IBM, Hyundai, Verizon, Microsoft, TATA, L&T, and many more. CMR Engineering College is offered with an average salary of around INR 3-5 Lakh per year.

CMR conducts alumni meet every year in December.

The college infrastructure is good with the eco-friendly environment and the management offers all essential facilities to students.

The eligibility criteria is HSC (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects conducted by State Board of Telangana/any other recognized board. The candidate must be an Indian National/NRI with Indian origin belonging to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh to be eligible for CMR Engineering College.

For lateral entry candidates having a diploma or the final year diploma candidates from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana /any other examination board, the marks obtained by the candidate for admission in the qualifying exam marks must not below 45% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC candidate). The candidate must qualify EAMCET for A category seats. The candidate must qualify JEE MAIN for B category seats. The candidate must qualify ECET who has pursued their diploma from SBTET.

Our faculty, they not only encourage students for learning but they also encourage to participate in webinars and work on innovative ideas and projects.

CMREC encourages students for participating in different social activities and there are many clubs for students based upon their knowledge and interests. The main festival which will celebrate in our college is that Patang Utsav in January.
