Placements and Internships
- The international offers comes from middle east recruit students during final year placements.Companies like TCS,Deloitte, bank of new york mellon, Zoho etc visited campus during final placements during the odd semsters.Many more companies have yet to come for which students are eager.the average salary varies from five to six lakhs per annum.The highest salary is about 13 to 14 lakhs per annum. ASB alumni are placed in good companies which help final year placements in a huge way.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The ASB,Coimbatore has a seperate building for two year MBA program. Students pursuing the program stay in single room provided for post graduate students.the food served in PG mess is vegetarian.The class rooms are well furnished with fans, projectors and desktop provided in each classroom for MBA programs.W-fi provided by campus and hostel has excellant connectivity.
Academics and Faculty
- The classes are handled by well-qualified faculty. The class quiz is conducted after each chapter and subsequent case study is completed. Mid-term exam is conducted after a period of one month for a duration of two hours.Introduction to descriptive,predictive and prescriptive analytics is introduced into the new curriculum of 2015-2017 batch. Finally LILA, a village outreach program is compulsory as part of the curriculum for students to spend a week in villages in South and North India.
Fees and Scholarships
- The tuition fee for a two-year full-time MBA program is seven lakhs plus two lakhs for hostel accommodation. More than one -third of students receive scholarships based on marks scored through their career. The college looks at consistent performers for scholarships.
Clubs and Associations
- There are various student committees formed such as placecom committee, festcomm committee, YI committee etc in the interests of the students. The majority of the students are from South India. But this year we have students from North in huge number.
