Placements and Internships
College provides placements. Private companies, local and national companies have come for recruitment. Our seniors have been placed in good corporate agencies in Paytm, Amazon and Dulux paint, and other local companies. The average salary package has been 4 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs per annum. So looking forward to my batch the same.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure is good, gym, and hostel facility is available. Labs are maintained well, that what I can perceive it from. Classrooms are air-conditioned and PG options are also available near campus itself far feasible than a hostel. The library is good, all books on our course are available. Canteen is the most lively on-campus everyone is there and we enjoy listening to music and munching and playing games around.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
For admission, we have to be graduated from any recognized University or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% for SC and ST candidates. Admission can be done either on the basis of marks gained in graduation or sometimes, you have to give entrance exams along with interviews or group discussions.
Academics and Faculty
Faculty members are good, they have good experience in the corporate industry not only that they teach us with practical knowledge. One of our teachers actually showed us movies, for practical knowledge enhancement. And during class, they even ask to present topics, and most of our practicals are not only based on report submission but visiting the market and creating a new proposal in something involved in our project.
Fees and Scholarships
BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 97,500 per year.
Scholarship and cutoff are decided by the college depending upon our exam results and graduation marks scored and depend upon entrance and interview. The scholarship is provided to students.
Clubs and Associations
Sports, inter-department, annual fest, sunburn. A lot of activities throughout the year are conducted to keep students busy. You can even earn during the annual fest as there are cash prizes for winners. Also, you can go up to national level competitions as our college is very prestigious and respected among all the colleges.
