Placements and Internships
The placement in our college is good. Students have bagged multiple offers from Major IT companies like TCS, Accenture,etc. Occasionally, Product based companies also visit our college for placements. The Placement Cell is very supportive and helps us in every way during placements.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The Admission Process is through either Engineering Counsling or management. The admission process mostly starts at june month. A cutoff above 70 is appreciative(changes every year).
Academics and Faculty
The Faculty in the ECE Department were highly skilled and supportive for our projects. The Department have the greater share of technical staffs. They also support us on taking competitive exams. Occasional Technical events and activities were really helpful
Fees and Scholarships
Valliammai Engineering College [VEC], [VEVEC] Kanchipuram Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 80,000 per year (excluding hostel fees).
In addition, Students were given many Scholarships opportunities.
Clubs and Associations
Students were encouraged to participate in social associations like National Servive Scheme, Youth Red cross, etc. Clubs like Fine Arts club and Tamil Mandram were present to enhance student's special skils and co-curricular activities.
