The Alumni network of Chandigarh University is very good. Alumni events are organized by the management of Chandigarh University.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are many hostels in CU Campus, for boys and girls separately. In Hostel, there are different variations of the room like a room with an attached washroom, rooms with common washrooms, AC and Non-AC rooms, etc. So many facilities are in the hostels like gyms, canteens, stationery shops, etc.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Students should get at least 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree and in case of SC/ST category 45% marks with Mathematics as compulsory subjects. In Chandigarh University, there are no entrance exams to take admission in M. Sc.
Academics and Faculty
There are 7-8 lectures in a day including a one-hour lunch break and each lecture is 50 minutes. The projects, assignments, tutorial sheets also give to the students.
Professors are teaching to the students through whiteboard and Presentations. The overall experience in college was very good.
Fees and Scholarships
Chandigarh University, [CU] Chandigarh Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 50,000 per year.
The course fee is paid in two semesters in a year.
There are so many options for scholarships are available to students like CUCET, Merit-Based, Sports Based, Defence Personnel, and many others.
Students should pay their fees in installments, if students need to take loans Chandigarh University offers education loans from PNB and other Nationalized banks.
Clubs and Associations
The main festivals on campus: Tech-Invent, Cultural, Live Concerts, IFDP, National and International conferences, Sports events, Bollywood Celebrities, Youth Parliament, and many other events.
There are so many clubs for the students like M-Field, tech Path Finder club, etc.
