I did an internship at JSW Vallabh Steel Pvt Limited at no stipend. Key roles are Graduate Engineer Trainee, CAD designer, Programmer and Robotics and Automation engineer. The average salary per year is about 4.5 to 5 LPA and the highest package offered so far is 12LPA and nearly 70% of students in our batch 2016-20 got placed. The Alumni network is also very strong, Alumni Meets are held every year to learn from the experiences of our seniors

Eligibility criteria for admission in BE mechatronics are 55% in 12th board exam for General category and 50% for SC/ST. I gave JEE Mains exam as the entrance exam but it's not mandatory for admission, its for scholarship. No such cutoff for the course as direct admission is allowed.

Class timings are from 9:30 a.m to 4:30 PM. Two MST's are held of 1 hour for revision of Unit-1 and 2. Experienced and skilled faculty having good knowledge of their domains are available who use modern teaching aids like White Board PPT and video lectures. The overall experience is satisfactory and its a college worth joining.

Many scholarship options are available like 12th Merit-based, JEE mains rank Based, COVID-19 warriors (new), Army Background, Sports Scholarship, ward of faculty or old student, and many more.

Nearly 10% of students get a scholarship. Yes some students also opt for loan facility which gets easily availed at low-interest rates as well with proper guidelines. 

Many student clubs are there in every department. In mechatronics, the Robotics club organizes student workshops, events, and competitions like ROBO RACE, AMPHIBIAN BOT, ROBOWARS, PICK AND PLACE BOT CHALLENGE. Many festivals and fests like AIU Cultural fest, Punjab Youth Fest, TECHINVENT, ABDUL KALAM INNOVATION DAY, CUFEST are held every year. The college life at CU is amazing and awesome.
