The university has a good record of placements. Many good companies like Axis Bank, HDFC, Amazon, Google, Delloite, Asian paints, Godrej, Club Mahindra visit the campus to hire the management graduates from various streams. The average package for BBA students is 3-5 lakhs. 

The University has a good alumni network. Regular interactions are arranged with alumni to know the live-work scenario and be benefitted from the same.

The college has a good Hostel facility. The hostels are clean and safe. Very nutritious and tasty food is served to students in the hostel mess. Hostels for Girls and Boys and are very secure. There are also other cafeterias on the University campus that offer subsidized and good quality food to students. The campus is lush green and environmentally friendly. The whole campus and hostels are wifi enabled. Good numbers of libraries and books are available on the campus. The Digital Library is also made available to students.

Chandigarh University is one of the best options for management courses (BBA/MBA). The eligibility for admission to BBA is 10+2 and for MBA the eligibility is graduation in any stream. The admission will be based on the scores of 10+2 for BBA and graduation for an MBA.

The semester starts in Jan & July and exams are held in May and December each year. The other elements of evaluation include internal assessment which is done through class activities & assignments. The teachers are well qualified and classroom sessions are very engaging and enriching. Most of the faculty have Ph.D. The overall experience of college includes a lot of learning and exposure.

There is a scholarship test CUCET which is conducted every year to offer scholarships to the students. Students who score more than 95% in the test can get a 100% fee waiver.

The University is also very good in extracurricular activities as well. Various festivals are events that are held on university campuses throughout the year. Sports competitions, ar & Dance events, technical competitions, declamation, poetry, quizzes, etc are organized for the students. Students are actively engaged in these activities and learn a lot and polish their skills.
