The placement rate of this college is good. Many different companies come for recruiting the students.
They recruit students for internships as well as proper jobs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure is very good. Even though the college is not very big in terms of the size but it provides all facilities like computer labs, library, auditorium, conference room, air conditioned classrooms, canteen etc.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The entrance exams take place in may under the common entrance test (cet) individually for every course.
After the result was announced, we had provided list of the colleges in order of our preference and on the basis of our result we were allotted one of the college. There were 3 such rounds in which according to the number of seats left we were being upgraded to the college on our priority list.
Then there was the final round called the sliding round in which on the basis of the number of seats left in each college and your cet rank you could choose from the entire list for any of the remaining colleges.
Academics and Faculty
The faculty is absolutely amazing. The teachers are very helpful and highly knowledgeable.
The academics is very good. Throughout the course, there are many different subjects taught and give us an idea about all fields for our future jobs etc.

Academics & Faculty : The staff is very good, cooperative and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is well-designed and is also relevant for future perspective. I am pursuing Bcom(Hons) from JIMS Kalkaji. All the faculty members of the college a very helpful and friendly. The professor who teaches us keeps the class very interactive makes us learn new things by giving us different tasks like performing a role-play, presenting in presentations, group discussions, etc. With up-to-date curriculum activities, they are co-curricular activities done with it, and teachers always push students to be part of co-curricular activities.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission at JIMS Kalkaji for B.Com(H), you have to give IPU CET entrance exam, which can be cleared by simply solving few class 10th maths questions and logical reasoning questions. The minimum eligible marks in IPU CET is 50% or above marks.
