Placements and Internships
The frequency of companies coming to our campus is moderate. Most companies look for Finance profiles and the hiring rate for this course is high compared to the other programs. The average salary varies from 5-8L based on the specialization offered.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The hostel can accommodate around 500 students and cost about 1.5 lakh per year. The quality of the food is overall good.
There are several PGs available near the college ranging from 6-10k per month.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
For getting admission in IFIM you need to have 70% percentile in entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT or any other management entrance exams.
I took MAT and secured 72% to get into this institution.
Academics and Faculty
As it is a bespoke program, the class timing varies depending on the electives you choose.
Some professors are very talented and can have a huge impact on your learning.
Fees and Scholarships
For our batch(2018-20) the course fee is 11 lakhs but from the next batch, it increased to 13 lakhs.
The scholarship is applicable for students who scored more than 90% in CAT.
Clubs and Associations
As a part of the curriculum, students need to be in a club mandatorily. There are several events conducted throughout the academic year and Kanyathon is the main event that happens every year.
