Swedha Mu's Review on Avinashilingam University for Women, [AUW] Coimbatore

As I’m a first-year as of now I didn’t do any internship. By the end of the first year, it is mandatory for everyone. Many IT-related companies called on to our campus and gave several lectures. It was really useful indeed. We did visit several industrial sites over a week off.

Plenty of hostels are available beside the college with good facilities.PG’s are good and cheaper and the food was okay.No idea of college hostel. Classrooms are clean and neat. The library is available inside the campus. You may call on every day whenever you’re free.

Any Undergraduate degree with 50 per cent. TANCET exam I took for the admission. The minimum cut off is the candidates should secure above 60 per cent to get into the college. It is one of the best institutions to enhance our skills.

The classes commence from 9.45 to 5.00 p.m.The quality and method of teaching were excellent. Experienced teachers are over here. You can grab a good knowledge if you get into this college. Overall experience was good according to my opinion.

Our course fee is around 40,000 per semester. Yup the scholarships are available for the general MBA students. Probably 30 students get scholarship.No need of any loans since the fee is low compared to other institutions.

We have several clubs like Artificial Intelligence, NCC etc. We used to celebrate every Hindu festival including independence day. Gandhi Jayanti etc. The college life is not bad in a nutshell.
