Techno India University offers 100% placements and it does live up to its promise. They provide you with a wide range of training and internship programs. Because it is the most popular chain of colleges and universities in West Bengal, it has great networks. The University may be new but the colleges are pretty old. Techno India Group was one of the first-ever private colleges to open in Kolkata. The Alumni network is huge. Sometimes the college hires Alumni to train and influence the students. Many companies including startups come to hire students. Some of the key companies that come are TCS, Accenture, Microsoft, Byjus, Indian Navy, Tata Steel etc.
The college campus is huge and is still in progress. There are two fields on the campus, a game room for boys, a common room for girls and also a swimming pool. There are 2 libraries one in each building. The university and college buildings are centrally AC. The classrooms are neat and are cleaned every day before and after batches. There are numerous labs on each building. The computer and electronics labs are the biggest. The physics and chemistry labs are comparatively smaller. The architecture and civil labs are huge as well. There is a warehouse dedicated to the mechanical lab. There is no hostel available on campus right now but they do help with accommodation. The placement cell and admission office give contact of people who can help you with the accommodation.
There are two batches in the University. Morning batches start from 8 o clock in the morning to 1:30 pm at noon. Day or evening batches start from 2:00 pm at noon till 6:30 pm in the evening. There are different projects that are given in each semester. After each semester, the university organises a tech fair called ESD which carries 100 points.
I was in a course 6 years integrated B-Tech which is exclusive to Techno India University only. The fees structure for Techno India University is a bit high compared to other colleges. Different courses have different fees structure. For my course the fee was Rs. 85000 per semester as semester fee. For the conventional 4 years B-Tech the fee structure is 79000 rupees per semester as semester fee and if you opting for Diploma then it is around 45000 rupees per semester.
There are different clubs and committees for different activities. Tech club organises tech fest in which colleges all over India come to participate. There are different events like coding, video gaming, robotics etc. Sports committee also called Rudra organises sports fest. Volleyball, cricket, football, table tennis, carrom etc are all played. Even you participate in the battle of video games where students compete on popular video games. There's an anti-ragging committee whose job is to prevent on-campus ragging. There are many more clubs and committees where you can participate like the cultural committee, fashion committee, dance club, book club etc. There is a wide range of clubs and committees in the University.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility - An applicant wishing to apply for Techno India University must have passed their secondary board with at least 75%.If the applicant is looking forward to pursuing engineering, it is suggested that they appear for a joint examination such as WBJEE, JEE etc. An internal examination is held to ensure quality and credentials of the applicants.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : One has to be high school (10+2/Class 12), graduate. I've given WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) to get into the university. The cut off percentage is 75% to get into the university.
