I did an internship for the summers of my second year. It was more like a paid training program, where we had to pay, interview and then get selected for it. Though we learned a lot maybe the fees thing was a bit much.
I don’t live in pg or hostel. The food of college is ok. There is a departmental library as well as a conman library for all. Helps a lot to find reference books. Good limited WiFi survive. Though the classrooms are not clean.
The eligibility criteria for admission in the biotechnology bsc course, one needs 12th passed with biology physics and chemistry, admission through merit based on board marks. There was no examination test for the undergraduate course I’m doing. Typical cut off was there only concerned with board marks when merit was the base for admission.
No loans needed. The scholarship was given based on cast and in the very beginning based on your 12th marks but there was no following of the process so I didn’t get any scholarship though I was eligible enough to get it.
Life in college is great. There are a lot of features like cultural festivals and youth festivals. Days celebrations taking place. Sports opportunities are here as well. Some clubs are there also NCC and NSS are there.
