The course is very important and assignments are given on a daily basis. Class timing is from 11 to 4:30. The method of teaching is good, lectures are given mostly in English. My experience is more or less satisfying in this college.

Vidyasagar University, [VU] Midnapore MSW per year fee is INR 40,000. I'm not aware of the loan facility. Many students get scholarships. Almost 5-6 students each year

I have done an internship in CRY (Child Rights and you). Mainly top NGOs hire students from my college. Average salary is 25,000 per month and highest maybe 45,000 per month as a fresher.

There's no hostel facility in my college. But the PG facility is available which are efficient enough. Infrastructure is average though.

There are many festivals like freshers welcome, Saraswati puja, Utsav etc. The students have a very good bonding with the seniors and juniors. The college life is more or less good

Only those students shall be eligible for admission who have passed three years degree course(10+2+3).

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK:

This is a tricky question because the placement is neither very good nor very bad.But, even you don\'t get placement during your study, there\'s a very good chance of getting a standard job after completing your study.The reason behind this, once you passed out from this college you can feel that your basic concepts about the core subjects are all clear.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

Too many hostels available but they not available on the campus. Pg\'s condition is same like the hostel. Food quality in college is good. Quality of classroom, labs, library, and dining Halls are nice.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS:

Student society just ok. The main festival on campus is spring festival. Friend life in college is just general.
