No, I haven't done any internship till now companies- ongc, gsi, coal India and hire geologist with a minimum package of 40 at starting.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not available, can stay in pg near college cost may vary with comforts and luxuries, maximum is 20, and mini 5000, Good food in college can be eatable, 30rs Wifi doesn't work at all, it has been 1year for me....still not downloaded a single video from college wifi, classrooms are good
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Should have completed 10+2 with aggregate marks, the 1st cutoff for geology was 94%, I got admission in the third cutoff at 93%.
Academics and Faculty
College timings are from morning 9 to evening 5, lots of assignment, good one, not bad experience
Fees and Scholarships
College fee is 21000, I don't know about other stuff, I don't get scholarship only economically backward students get scholarship.
Clubs and Associations
Societies don't work properly they choose students on the basis of recommendation and by talent, northeast society festivals, fresher's and fest Better at some extent.
