Academics & Faculty : International Management Institute,New Delhi is the first corporate sponsored B-school in India and it was setup in 1981. Padmashri Dr. Bakul Dholakia is the current Director General of the institute who was formerly the Director General at IIM Ahmedabad. Some of the corporate sponsors of IMI include RPG Enterprises, Tata Chemicals, Nestle, SAIL, Williomson Magor etc. IMI Delhi has been awarded with international accreditions such as AMBA(Association of MBA's) and SAQS. IMI Delhi features among top 20 B-schools of the country and various B-school rankings are a testimonial to this. There are mainly three programs provided by the institute- PGDM, PGDMHR and PGDM(Banking and Financial Services). However the institute also provides an Executive MBA(for work experience holders of more than 5 years) and Fellowship program in Management.
