Biotechnology companies like biocon, novartis, etc have come for campus recruitments during our years of study
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
3 hostels...fees structure not sure. Very hood PG options around the location of college. The food in college canteen is ok. The quality of calssrooms, labs is good. Library is very good
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The cut of percentage was 75% in IPE to be in the last list of selected candidates for biotechnology. The first list started from just above 90%
Academics and Faculty
There were classes for 5 days per week and practical thrice in a week. In the final year it was daily theory and practical sessions. The quality of teaching is excellent and the labs are well equipped.
Fees and Scholarships
Not clear about course fee as of now. There were no scholarship options way back in 2002-2003
Clubs and Associations
There is an alumni association for aurora students. All major festivals are celebrated. There is an annual sports fest and aurora annual day celebration involving a cultural programme. College life is good and get to make lifelong friends
