Prabha Shanmugam's Review on PSG College of Arts and Science, [PSGCAS] Coimbatore

I haven't done any interships before, this is my first internship.

Wipro, TCS are some of the IT companies that hire from our campus for the Software development, testing and some other roles.

2.5 lakh/annum is the average salary figure and 5 lakh/annum is the highest salary figure.

The alumni network is really good  as they involve much in the college activities as of my knowledge.

There are 7 hostels available for girls and 2 hostels for boys, the hostels are really good and comfortable. The hostel fees differs for each hostel, the average fees is 7,5cal00/month.

There are several hostels available outside the college and the average cost is 7000/month.

The food is also good  and healthy in the college and it costs around 100/meal.

The quality of classrooms, Labs, Libraries, dining halls are good. Wifi are not proper.

The basic eligibility for the course Msc., Software Systems are:

• one should pass the Higher Secondary examinations.
• The admission procedure is: Students can get the application from the college and register or they can register in online and they can make the admission on the result day.

I didn't take any entrance examination to join this course.

The typical cutoff is 170/200.

The Daily routine is good, the classes are done properly, the timings of classes and exams are properly scheduled, the projects and aasignments are assigned to the students appropritely and validated.

The quality and method of teaching is good and understandable by the students, the teachers are friendly and the doubts can be clarified.

The overall experience, culturals and the fest are good.

The course fee is INR 60 thousand per year.

Sports Scholarship is my course fee rship, First graduate Scholarship are the Scholarships available to students.

5/60  students get Scholarship.

Loans can be availed by banks such as Canara Bank for the student's fees.

There are several clubs such as Music club, Dance club, Rotract etc.,

The main culturals are HeartBeat, Euphoria, Pongal Festival and other departmental events.

The college life is really good and it will be as expected by the students.
