This college offers a huge number of placements to the students. Almost 600 companies come every year to get students for their companies. And the students who study there will get a chance to earn money by getting internships during their regular studies.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibilty for the course I took was above 50% in secondary education with equivalent marks in each subject. And I did not give any entrance exam to get admission in this college. In my perspective, Baba Farid College is one of the admirable colleges. There are no such typical cutoffs for this course. All you need is secondary education with 50% marks. The faculty of this college is very co-operative. The way of teaching here is so efficient and convenient.
Academics and Faculty
Daily routine of the college is quite good. There is enough time for a break. Theory and practical lectures are well managed according to the subjects. The method of teaching is very convenient and efficient. The method of teaching here is totally different. Although, my experience in this college is quite good.
Fees and Scholarships
I pay around INR 40000 per year as the academic fee. If any student is not able to pay fees they can get a loan from banks to pay the fee and the process is not much difficult.
