Academics are good. They teach most of the classes and make us do practicals on regular basis.I am In Ist year and satisfied with the faculty. The classrooms are normal as you find in schools and there is no special facilities like AC,projectors or marker board. The strength varies around 60-70 per classroom.Assignments are given on regular basis. Some professors are OK and some are good and will clear your doubts outside classes. Most of faculty are well qualified ie. Ph.D,M.tech,M.A.(Commutative English) which reflects in their teaching methodology while some guest faculties are there which degrades level of teaching.
International exposure sounds difficult here. Some of our professor talks about their research paper published in International journal. To be honest,I hardly heard from senior about any International company visiting the campus.I heared only about TCS which is Indian company and visits regularly inside campus.Language of teaching is English but for little help for Hindi Medium students they use to tell english word meaning in hindi too.
College fee is around 2.8 lakh for four years and admission is done through REAP(Rajasthan Engg.Admission Procedure).Direct admission is offered on the basis of vaccant seats.Scholarships are offered by Govt. Of Rajasthan.Bank loans are offered by different banks
Seniors are placed for average salary of 3-5 lakh per annum but it depends upon us how much skilled we are.TCS is company which makes regular visit to campus.Off campus placement option is opted by many seniors.
Infrastructure is not so good.Classroom are equipped with chalk boards, fans and table chairs.Library is good and has large collection of books and newspapers and magzines.Wifi is not available and reson given by faculties are that students are meant only to study and if they are provided Wifi they might misuse and kill their time.Maintainance is not done on regular basis.Transport facility is really very poor due to poor quality of bus and less space available in busses. The college is located at outskirt of city so transport facilities are not that much good.
According to classmates, hostels are not good as they face improper water supply problem and poor conditions of rooms. The rooms are poorly maintained and food quality is not so good(actually most of colleges in India don't have good food quality).Insects are also a problem n hostels.
I cannot tell much about clubs but cultural activities are organised and it depends upon you how much you participate in cultural activities. The college tries to improve your communication skills. It is upon you to make groups and go for participation in cultural fest at other places as well as in your own college.I have heard that college provide expenses for living expenses if anyone participates outside city in any competition.Gym is located inside campus but it opens frequently.Sports equipments are scarce and playground couldn't be found within the campus
Social atmosphere is OK as few of students here are from villages but not to worry many of them are from cities also.Their is good canteen and sitting area outside it.Restaurents are located in the main city and one or two near campus but they do not provide good food.
