My internship was with Bharti Airtel in chandigarh only. In our year 40+ companies came to campus. Various roles can be seen in detailed placement report on the official website ubs.puchd.ac.in in placements section. Average in our year was 9lpa. But as the college has improved alot it is not 11.78 as per today. Higest international was 53 lpa. Highest domestic was 30lpa. 100% placements are achieved every year. Alumni network is very huge and strong and very supportive.
Hostels are old but super economical too. Fees was 5500 for 6 months. Mess was also subsidised. Chandigarh is hub for eating places so food is no issue. Classrooms are antique. Fast wifi. Asias largest lib in PU and seprate mba lib in UBS. The infra is not hifi but it is more than sufficient.
Cat exam followed by gdpi. I took cat and only cat exam is taken for consideration. 89 percentile was the cutoof last year.
Class timing used to be 8 am to 5 pm. First year was tough. Second year was relatively easy. Decent quality and various teaching methods. Overall experience is good.
Tuition fees per annum is INR 16,437. No loan is needed.
Be it Alumni relation cell, placement cell, bclub, media and marketing cell everthing is student run. Alot of learnings. Life is very good in city beautiful.

Placements & Internships : Good placement, highest placement package is 52 lakh. Good companies come for placement drives on campus.
Placements & Internships : If you want to work for Fortune 500 or Top 100 companies in India, Chandigarh University is the place to be. Chandigarh University is setting new standards for campus placements because of a robust Industry-Academic relationship. Top-tier corporations like Microsoft, Amazon, Walt Disney, IBM, Flipkart, and SAP Labs visit CU Campus year after year to acquire new talent. Also, the costliest package has increased by 30%, reaching a new high of 52.11 LPA.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is a pass mark in CAT Exam. The college has four MBA courses, i.e., Core, Human Resource, International Business, and Executive. I took admission in the year 2019 in MBA Entrepreneurship and is the first batch for this stream introduced that year only. So the cutoff was low at around 70 percentile. But for other streams, it was 87 percentile in 2019. Every year the cutoff varies depending upon the number of applications received and the last submission date of the admission form. If the form closes before the announcement of CAT results, the cutoff will probably be low; otherwise, it will be high. After getting shortlisted based on CAT scores, there was a group discussion and a personal interview round. The GDPI round was very easy as they generally asked about the subjects studied in the graduation and the city you are coming from.
