Placements and Internships

3

During mba, we have to do two internships during 2nd sem and 4th sem, the company for the internship was found out myself from internshala and its student's duty to do so. Coming to campus placement it can be rated as average. There were no good companies coming to our college as they have promised while taking admission. The companies which have come for campus drive offers an average salary of 2-2.5L PA.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The girl's hostel is inside the campus whereas the boy's hotel is outside the gate. Also, there are many affordable PGs nearby the college. The canteen facility was too bad in the first year (late delivery, average taste) but they changed the caterers later and then it was good in the aspects of timely delivery and also the food provided is good. Can expect a varieties in day to day menu in a small way. Coming to the infrastructure and environment its really cool to admire. Most of the class rooms are occupied with A/C and the view to the electronic city flyover from there is awesome. The environment is good to admire but we were not allowed to sit anywhere in the campus as the security persons were instructed to blow the whistle to make us move, which was the most irritating moments during our college days.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

The admission is based on the marks attained in the previous degree and PGCET examination is a must for joining MBA. And there are no cutoffs for the course the previous degree marks are considered only to alter the fee structure and yes there is minor changes in the fee structure according to the marks obtained.

Academics and Faculty

4

The experienced faculties who were working from years have very good skill in teaching and also they are dedicated. I also found some of the facilities who were trying to build some moral in students which is more important than academic marks. Overall it depends on the facilities. Some faculties give assignments regularly and make proper follow up but there are other kinds who believe that students are in a state of doing everything themselves.

Clubs and Associations

4.5

The club works only at the beginning of the course and its useful to get friendly with the environment and different people. There will be activities conducted to develop management skills and regular sessions taken by externals based on topics like a business model, entrepreneurship, etc. There will be a stage to showcase your business, marketing ideas. Less important is given to sports, there was no sports day but still, kabbadi competition was held once. There is an empty land outside the gate near boys hostel which cannot be said as ground but still can be used to play cricket, football, etc.
