Many leading companies hire students from our college every year. Alumni network is strong and active.

Two hostels are there, the hostel is at noise free zone and fees is affordable and minimum. There are many PGs outside and the fees are somewhat higher than the college hostel but are reasonable. Food is good enough and costs are reasonable. Digital classrooms are there, Labs are good enough with all required materials, Library is excellent with digital reading rooms, all other facilities are good.

To get admission in Nowgong College (English honours) the eligibility criteria is that the applicant must have passed H.S with 1st class marks. There was no particular entrance exam during our time, but a specific merit list was brought out which made clear who was eligible for the admission. The cutoff percentage of marks for our course was 60%.

Routine is effective and easily maintainable. Efficient, special and friendly method of teachings is provided. Overall experience in college is excellent.

Approximately INR 10,000 rupees is the required fees for one year. Scholarships are available to different castes like -ST, SC, etc. 1000/1500 students get a scholarship. Loans are not needed.

There are students union NCSU, clubs on campus. College life in Nowgong College is excellent.
