The first trimesters will be general subjects that are required for every management student, and the rest of the trimester classes are based on the specialization that you've opted for. There is an excellent qualified teacher and their methodology of teaching will make you learn better.
It is trimester here and for each trimester you've to pay Rs.25000 as the fee. And totally it'll take only Rs.1,50,000 to complete the course.
There were internships from good companies like Pragmatix, KPMG, State Bank of India, etc. The different companies which came for campus recruitment are ITC, Allianz, Envestnet, Amazon, TCS, etc. There's a good alumni network here.
There are both MH and LH allotted for a limited number of students. Others can opt for hostels or PGs outside. It'll cost Rs.4000-5000 per month. There are a vast library and a good quality of labs and classes in the campus.
There will be management fests yearly. Also, there will be fests such as Dhwani, Drishti, Tharangam, etc.
Students can get admission to CET School of Management by taking examinations such as CMAT/ KMAT. I took CMAT for the admission. Students are selected based on the cut off marks they've put on for admission and then they'll be the group discussion and personal interview, considered for further selection.
The eligibility criteria are the student who completed higher secondary education in the science stream(biology science or computer science)with a minimum of 50% mark.
The admission is based on the rank of KEEM(Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination). Rank is based on the mark obtained in KEEM, and the mark got in 12th science subjects (maths, physics and chemistry).
Some of the top recruiting companies for our course are Adobe, Amazon, Google, MSN, Infosys, Arcesium, etc. Core Engineering, IT, and IT-enabled services are the top roles provided by recruiting companies. CET has good placement records.
The average salary offered ranges between INR 4 to 7 LPA, and the highest salary offered is INR 10 LPA.

I got into Colege of Engineering Trivandrum in the year 2015. The admission procedure for the college follows the entrance examination common to all the state government engineering colleges in the state, the Kerala Engineering and Medical Entrance Examination KEAM. You have to be in the top ranks to be admitted to the college. My rank in the KEAM 2015 exam was 1462. I only got into the college in the third round of allotment. However, the departments like Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical and Electronics and Communication Engineering have a lower threshold for admitting students.
Being a state government college, the fee for the college is comparatively very low. The admission fees, including the tuition fees for the first semester, is INR 11900.
