Cognizant: Usually the first company of the season(visits in aug or sept every year)recruited 329, 610, 550 candidates from 2014/ 15/ 16 batches respectively out of which 164, 270, 211 students were from CSE department. The package is INR 3.15 LPA.
AMDOCS: Continually visiting from 2012 recruited 43 students out of which 29 were from CSE. Package: INR 3.6 LPA.
Tech Mahindra: Visited for the first time for 2016 CSE batch and hired 251 students. Package: INR 2.8 LPA.
LG Soft: Hired 6 students from CSE batch 2015. Package: INR 5.5 LPA.
Verizon Data Services: Hired 8 students from CSE. Package: INR 5 LPA.

Entrance Exams and Admissions
One can not get direct admission in LPU without LPU NEST exam. Lpu nest exam is the totally scholarship based exam. Admission procedure is very simple in college. What you need to do, you have to take your all original academic documents to get the admission.

MBA, Integrated Law, LL.B, LL.M, UG Sciences, UG Hotel Management, UG Design, UG (Business, Journalism, Education & Computer Applications), M.Tech., PG Sciences, PG (Commerce, Economics, Journalism& Computer Applications), PG Design & Architecture, LET (LateralEntry) and Education programmes. Students studying in 12thclass and Graduation can apply for LPUNEST-2021 depending on the programme the student is applying for the test. Since its inception in 2009, more than 75,000 students have appeared in this exam (LPUNEST) every year.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : 75% marks is required for admission, and for btech course I qualified jeemains exam in the ST category..I did not qualify for the second step jee advanced.
