Pinky Singh's Review on GLA University, Mathura

There are many reputed and well-known companies have come for placement like Infosys and many others of different fields. Last year placement percentage of my is approx 70% which is really good and the salary structure is according to the position of the job that a student had got it can be INR 4 lakh p.a. or it can be INR 7 lakh.p.a.

Hostel fees for double occupancy rooms are INR 42000 and for triple occupancy, it is INR 40000 single room option is not available for girls and for boys double occupancy is not available for boys single occupancy costs INR 45000 these charges were for per year basis. There are so many students who live in PGs outside the campus PGs were easily available just outside our wherever you prefer. Mess food is ok not that much good there are two canteens in the college which serves a nice quality food except some dishes. Classrooms, labs, wifi and other rooms, halls everything is great here.

For taking admission in GLA University there is a entrance test and for taking that test you need to full fill the given minimum percentage criteria i.e.50% of my course.

Timings of varies according to the courses my course timings currently were 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. its changes in winters there were total 6 subjects and 6 classes held during the day of 1 hour each which during a semester different assignments and projects were given to us for our internal marks. Teachers make us study with the help of projectors. Everything was good but there is a lack of practical exposure in my college. The best thing is college organize industrial visit during the semesters in different industries and companies which help a lot to learn.

My course fee for 1 year is INR 77000, INR 79000 for 2nd year and INR 81000 for 3rd-year hostel fee, bus fee etc. were not included in it this fee structure is only for academics. There is scholarship option for those students whose parents don't have a government job. 2/3 of the students get scholarships. Some students who are not able to pay the fee or cant afford the loan is needed and it's not that hard to get it.

Many clubs like music, arts, entrepreneurship cell etc.were they and there were also some associations for the welfare of poor children's help. Our college annual fest Spandan and many more like this was organized we can't even count the number of festivals and functions organized and every course organize its differents functions events etc. College life is good but there is not that much freedom which is given to other colleges we feel like we are not in college this is our second school.
