Aman Kumar's Review on Lovely Professional University- LPU Jalandhar

The university works hard for bringing the giants of industries to the campus for placements. Placements are quite good and have an average salary of around INR 4-INR 6 lacs per annum.

At present, there are 8 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel with apartment facilities as additional. It is recommended to opt for hostel rather than going up for PGs or other residential facilities. There is a large variety of food available in the university from mess to kiosks having all regional dishes with quite good taste. As told earlier, the university has invested a large amount in providing all the facilities at it's best and have made all the commercial, public facilities up to the mark.

The eligibility criteria are 12th pass. LPU NEST is compulsory for everyone who is interested in taking admission. There is no general cutoff for the course but as soon as the seats are filled up while choosing the stream by the students having a higher rank, the chances of getting the particular stream will reduce. 

The schedule is well organised with classes from 9 to 5. The courses are well organised with the kind of projects, assignments and tests they have arranged. The quality of teaching is good and it is a great experience studying here. It is easy to score good marks here and also develop industrial skills at the same time.

Course fee depends on the slab of scholarship after giving the LPU NEST exam. Generally, the fees are around INR 90000 per semester.
