I have done an internship for which I had taken a no objection certificate from the placement cell and the process was very quick. Larson and turbo is the key company. The salary depends on your academics and selection. The alumni network is not so good.
There are no hostels, but you can get a pg for around INR 5-INR 6k/ month. The canteen is the biggest in the Delhi University, and the food prices are subsidized. The classrooms are average and wifi doesn't connect.
The admission is based on the cut off list carried out by the Delhi University. There is no entrance examination needed, The cut off varies from 87-93 for general category.
The daily routine is good. The teachers are well aware of there respective subjects and are pretty knowledgeable about the current scenario. The overall experience is pretty good.
PGDAV College course fee is INR 13000/ year. There are Scholarships available but will be given on the basis of your income certificate and economic condition. 8-10 number of students receive the scholarship of a low amount. No loans are needed.
There are many students societies ranging from dance, cultural, dramatic. And you can also join NSS, AISEC. The main festivals are annual sports day and the cultural fest with college fest. The life in the college is not so happening.
