Alumni network is pretty effective and all the big companies from FMCG/Finance/IT etc. visit the campus for both internships and placements. I am yet to do my internship at this place. However, the placement is 100% with an average salary of around 17 lakhs per annum.

Quality of infrastructure is top class with hostel rooms having AC, attached bathrooms and Wi-Fi along with a TV, Fridge and Microwave for every floor. Every hostel is equipped with a common playing room as well. However, its still a relatively small campus in the heart of mumbai but unlike mumbai its filled with greenery. No transports are allowed inside the campus and the general mode of transportation inside the campus is walk.

The academic schedule is tight and compact. Classes start in the morning from 8:30 to even 9:30 in the nights occassionally. First year is common for all the students however, the second year comprises of various courses which belong to a particular students specialization among Finance, Marketing, Operations and Information Management. The teaching is very business oriented and involves real life examples and cases. Cases from HBR are undertaken for studies as well. Professor's are fully committed towards teaching and devote a lot of time during and outside college hours to help out the students.

PGPM course fee at SPJIMR Mumbai is ~15.5 Lakh rupees. There are merit cum means and pure merit based scholarships available. Bank loans are readily available and come pre-approved with the offer letter. Around 30-35 students secure scholarships of different kinds.

All types of clubs are there inside the campus and a big part of the teaching here is the social teaching. Compulsory projects with NGO's is a part of curriculum and there are various clubs other than the ones with social relevance like music, dance, dram etc.
