Guru Nanak Dev University itself offers 6 months internship program. Various companies come for hiring.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
5 hostels are there. 2 for boys and 3 for girls. Many PGs are available just outside the university. Food is normal.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria: graduates in science and technology, biology, Biotechnology, botany, zoology, bioiformatics. I took the entrance exam of Guru Nanak Dev University. Cutoff of the entrance exam was 50%.
Academics and Faculty
9 am-6 pm is the class timings inclusive of practicals. Quality of teaching is very high. Overall experience in the college is awesome.
Fees and Scholarships
My course fee was INR 60000. Various scholarships programs is available for students. Almost 30% of students get scholarships.
Clubs and Associations
Life in this university is amazing. Many festivals are celebrated there. Not only Punjabi but almost all of them.
