R S Husain's Review on Lucknow University

Best amongst all the colleges in lucknow.The ambience , the feel of studying in a renowned university..Teachers are also learned and good only if you pay attention towards studies.If you make it a loitering spot then no use. Has many renowned books in many great libraries helping the students like the Tagore library and the co-op library.

Well I have been here for almost four years and from the last year a regular student. Well, I say some teachers are really excellent but a few are dumb. Moreover, classes don't happen regularly. In a day one two or sometimes even no class throughout the day. Managements don't bother to think about students welfare. Bathrooms are hell. But still due to some excellent teachers you may join it and if you already are then keep it up

LU is a paper strong university! Nothing is taught at the level it should be! If u have your personal interest in the subjects then only you will gain from it otherwise you'll pass every course of it with one weeks study! It's not that fruitful for a student who want to learn something practical or want to gain out of studies, you won't get the atmosphere of studious students, teachers are qualified but won't take that much interest in shaping up any students future. It's just a govt. Colg with only student putting is his efforts and teacher not giving a damn. You only go there for a degree that's it. That's what sums up LU.
