Placements and Internships
Students at Francis intern at places like Amazon, Synchrony, Red FM etc. Due to the high goodwill of the college, students get easy placements. Alumni of Francis is great. There are people in the film industry, print and broadcast journalism.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
No hostel. Pgs around the college is available. We have a canteen but not in a mess. Canteen is cheap. Classrooms are great. Well lit. The library is beautiful with a lot of books plus computer facility. There are labs for every subject. Mass communication students have a lab with the green matte studio. There's an American Corner in the college.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
There's no minimum or maximum cut off. It's on basis of first come first serve. You just have to download the application online and submit it to the college's office or can submit it online. No entrance exam or cutoff.
Academics and Faculty
The timings of the classes depend on which year the student is in. A lot of assignments are given. Exams are not very stressful. Some teachers are great. The college is beautiful. Supports students very well.
Fees and Scholarships
Approximately INR 40,000 rupees is the fee. There are no scholarships or Loans. Loans are mostly not needed because the fee isn't high.
Clubs and Associations
We have around 14 clubs that are highly active. The main fests are Arthashatra, Escape, Natale and Art Boulevard. The college life is Great.
