The Institute provides some of internships and PPOs in the final year. And the companies are varied according to your choose stream of master degree. They offer 3 to 7 lacs package depending on your key skills. The 2k11 batch got 15 lacks salary package for Microsoft. Also, some of the reputed company visited during that time like sc microcontroller, Samsung r&d, IBM, This networks, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, HP, L&T and many more in the list. The average salary package that was offered at that time is 3.2 lacs.

A total 13 no of hostels are there for girls and boys.the semester fee for the hostel is around 6000 rupees per semester. Also, one can stay in pGs bow available outside the campus the cost is around 4k to 7k depending on the facility what you required. Food is really good it costs us around 2k to 2.5 k per month also in one semester you have to deposit 15k rupees as a mess fee that will be adjusted against your monthly mess bill. The campus is fully equipped with wired and wireless Lan and internet speed is 3 to 5 Mbps in wireless mode. The labs and classes are designed according to latest requirements also some of the labs are set up and funded by the government of Mhrd and world bank.

The mere eligibility criteria for getting admission in this course is you have a valid gate score and atleast 60 percent marks in your graduation degree. Also, the college conducted it's own entrance examination for admission in this course but it depends on your good cutoff marks that will be around 55 percent.

The daily routine is according to the class schedule that is starting from 8 o clock morning to 4.10 pm. The quality and method of teaching are very good because the background of faculty members is quite appreciable also very learned and experienced teachers are there for guiding you and solve your problems. The overall experience is very good because this campus is really clean calm and naturally beautiful.

The course fee for Master of Technology [M.Tech] (Software Engineering) at BIT Mesra is 1lacs 15 thousand per semester and for that, you have instituted and Gate scholarships are available which is INR 12,500 per month given by Mhrd through DBT scheme. The education loans are also provided by some of the campus resident banks like SBI, UCO Bank. Students can avail this facility easily because the banks have the tie-up with the Institute.

The various student's societies are there like IEEE students chapter, CSI, fine arts society, cultural society, NCC, ECO, photography etc. BITOTSAV is the main annual cultural fest also some of the other fests which are coordinated and arranged by various societies like sperdha, Antragni, food fest, pravaah, Dragon Ball etc. The general life on campus is really good and beautiful one can achieve his or her goal by his hard work and discipline.
