Placements and Internships
More than 100 companies visit every year and there is 2000+ job offers. Companies like Amazon, Dell, Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, Mu Sigma, Ericson etc. visits. Average salary is around 3.6 to 4.5 lakhs. Highest salary goes around 35 lakhs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are many hotels available near the college. PGs and other options are also available and are of reasonable price range. Hostel food is average. But there is also free WiFi connection in hostel and inside department campus.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
To be eligible for KIIT BTech course, it is necessary for the student to complete 10+2 or have a diploma degree in the course they are interested in. The admission process is easy. Students need to fill the form and give the entrance examination. The students are selected on the basis of the entrance examination and if they are not selected in the first round then there are several waiting list of students. The cutoff changes every year. But an average student can crack this examination.
Academics and Faculty
Class timings are arranged between 8am to 6pm. Exams are always well scheduled. Autumn mid terms are in September and finals in November. Spring mid terms in February and finals in April or may. Quality and method of teaching is good. Overall experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee per year adds upto 2lakhs per year including the mess charge and hostel charge. Scholarships are available. The toppers also get scholarship ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 10,000 every month.

There are many societies and associations here. Students can join the societies in students activity center. There are also social service groups. Life, in general, is good in college.
