College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4.5

There are no hostels or any accommodation facility provided by the institute. There is a library at every chapter of the institute, where students go for preparing for exams. Quality is good, but not used for any research or other purposes but for exam preparations.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

It is one of the most difficult courses in India, mainly because of its high standards and tough correction methodology. Eligibility: 10+2 for CPT route - you will have to clear 3 levels, CPT, IPCC, FINAL. B.Com for IPCC Route - you will have to clear 2 levels IPCC and Final The cutoffs are CPT: 50% overall and 30% individual subjectwise IPCC: 50% overall and 40% individual subjectwise FINAL: Same as IPCC. You also need to undergo articles training for 3 years under a chartered accountant after your IPCC and in case of a B.Com route post-B.com

Academics and Faculty

4.5

Till IPCC the routine is quite straightforward.Individuals have to attend classes and study for the exams. Typically a 6hr class for 6days. Post-IPCC since you also have to do the study part and less attention and the classes are in the mornings or in the evenings around 2 hrs per day. Teaching in the institute is not very good, you have to look for better options in the private space.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

The course fee is very low which ranges from INR 30,000 per Semester. Scholarships are available for toppers at the individual level. Top 50 students get scholarships. Loans are not generally needed as the fees are quite low compared to other colleges.

Clubs and Associations

4.5

Annual festivals and cricket tournaments are conducted by the institute but are not routine as there are lot of other considerations like leave, infrastructure issues etc
