Placements and Internships

4.5

Placements attract top companies across Consulting, Finance and Marketing, along with several startups as well. Citibank, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey, AT Kearney and Bain Capability Centre are regular recruiters. Average package is around 6-7 lakh per annum, whereas the highest can even go up to around 30 pa. The alumni network is really strong and supportive.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4.5

While hostel rooms are very limited, there are sufficient PG and flat options very close to a college. Several food outlets within walking distance, and a couple of them in college. Good infra otherwise - high tech library, cleanliness across the college, and one of the very few AC colleges in DU. WiFi can be problematic at times.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

No entrance exam. Class XII board marks count. Typically, around 97.5% is needed in best 4 subjects (necessarily including one language).

Academics and Faculty

5

High focus on group projects - often requiring good research and PPT skills. Also a good mix of quantitative and qualitative areas. Classes begin around 8:30 and can stretch till evening (really depends upon your luck with the timetable). Some absolutely exceptional teachers.

Fees and Scholarships

5

Fees is around 30,000 per annum (low. But highest compared to other DU colleges). There are several need and merit based scholarships available. Merit is typically offered to 10-15 students per batch. Loan not needed.

Clubs and Associations

5

The absolute best part of SRCC. Over 40 societies, with 15-20 really active ones. Crossroads is the famous cultural festival and Business Conclave is the management fest. Apart from them, Jan-March is fest season all around. The best part is being a part of these clubs - experiences of a lifetime.
