Many good companies hire candidates from the college. The students sit for campussing in college or pool-campussing. Average salary figures are INR 6lakhs p.a. and almost the entire interested candidates are placed.

The college is government sponsored and does not have any hostel owned by the college authority. However, PGs and flats are available with reasonable rates. The college does have a canteen where cheap and hygienic food is available. The classrooms are converted to digiclass and the lab has all the hi-tech equipment. Wi-fi is accessible by all.

The eligibility criteria for admission to this course is very simple. After your class 12 boards, you to qualify the WBJEE examination. Seats are slotted through counselling was done based on your ranks

Normal Classes are held between Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm. Projects, assignment, viva and internal examination are held following the university curriculum. All the faculty have sound knowledge of their subjects. The laboratories are NABL accredited. Funds from CII are well utilized for the development of the students. The overall experience is good

The course fees per semester is around INR 40000. Scholarship programs are there for financially poor students. Around 20% of the students are under te scholarship programs. Loans can be taken from any bank.

There is no political association in the campus. Sports and college fest is held once a year. Much inter-college technical competition is held which help in career developing. Life in college is very disciplinary and awesome.
