Placements and Internships

3.5

I have done an internship in NTPC, Talcher, Odisha and a industrial training on PLC in CTTC, Bhubaneswar. Mainly IT sectors come to our University. Beside that other finance and marketing companies and other startups also come for recruitment. Average salary that student get is INR 4lacs per annum. If we talk about highest salary then INR 27 lacs per annum from CS branch. Alumni contact is very good in this college. Our founder sir especially meets with alumni who are in a higher position.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

Around 20 hostels are there on the University campus. The hostel campuses are very neat and clean and greenery too. Hostel fee is INR 17,500/- per semester for a non-ac hostel and INR 32,000/- per semester for AC hostels. Many more PGs are also available for students who don't want to reside in the hostel. The rent/cost is around INR 10,000/- per month. Food in hostels is quite good and qualitative too.food cost is 21000/- per semester. All classrooms are air-conditioned and well maintained. There is a 24*7 library cum reading room in every school.wifi cost is included in hostel cost.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Admission in this college happens through KIITEE examination every year and it's free of cost. To get admission in EEE branch , your rank should be within 20000. If your rank is good then the choice is up to you.

Academics and Faculty

4.5

The daily routine is different for different batches. Our daily routine starts from 8 am in the morning and end at 2 pm without any break(including labs). Total internal marks in the subject are 40 out of which 25 marks are a mid-sem examination and 15 marks for assignment (2 assignments per semester) and quiz test. Quality of education is very good in our University. Because all the faculties are from either NITs or IITs. I enjoyed 3 years of my life here and one more year to go.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

Our course fee is INR 1,43,500/- per semester (including food, hostel, wifi, books). Many more international scholarships are available for students. Students those who are interested for higher studies are generally sent to foreign countries on the basis of knowledge and skills. Average percentage of students who get scholarship is around 10-15%. If you are from higher middle class family then no need of loan. If not then you can get loan from any bank. The payment process is much user friendly in our University.

Clubs and Associations

5

15-20 societies are there inside the campus, which includes both technical programmes. Almost all festivals of South India and North India are observed in our University. I personally enjoyed a lot in this campus and you will also love it. Thank you

3.5 Placements
2.5 Fees

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You need to score a minimum of 60 percent in your PCM subjects to get selected in this college. KIIT conducts its own enterance exam(KIIT-EE) for which the forms are free. and believe me if you are preparing for IIT-JEE it would be a cake walk for you. Then according to your marks you get your counseling letter. I am an alumina from KIIT batch 2012-2016 and my rank was 13k. And I got Electronics and Electrical engineering as my branch.. However if you need Computer Science as a branch you need to do well in your KIIT-EE. The infrastructure of the college is very good as compared to other deemed Universities.. The placements are also good. The college provided with lot of exposure in terms of personality development. But it is up to you how you may utilise it..
