Placements and Internships
There are some options for jobs after just graduation itself. But I haven't opted for them. Many companies come to recruit like Accenture. Also, some foundations also come. Salary figures are around INR 3-5 lakhs per year on the basis of just BSc graduation. There is an active Alumni Network called Fergussonian
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are four hostels for boys and two for girls. There are per year fees of about 30000 Rs for boys. There are 2 messes. Average cost per meal is Rs 50. There are PGs available outside the college ranging from 3000-5000 Rs rent per month. There is a wifi. Classrooms are big and tidy. The infrastructure is really really good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The admissions were given on the basis of marks scored in 12th Standard. There was no entrance exam at my time. Typical cut off for BSc with statistics as one of the subjects for general students is around 80% in 12th standard
Academics and Faculty
There are lectures for about 3 and half hours everyday. And there are practicals for specific days in a week. The quality of teaching in some departments is really good while in some departments it's horrible. For me, the experience in college is just above average.
Fees and Scholarships
For me, the course fee is just around INR 4000 Rs. There are a few scholarship options. I, myself get INSPIRE scholarship of Central Government of India of 60000 Rs per year There are around 25 more students like me who have got this scholarship. No loans are needed as the tuition fees are less.
Clubs and Associations
There are various student societies and clubs according to departments as well as NCC, NSS, Cultural, etc There is a week-long college festival which takes place in the last week of December. The life at Fergusson is really enjoyable.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Generally, the cut-offs for science stream is less than arts stream..and the possibility for admission with average marks is not less.Yes, it might get delayed, but don't lose hope. Fill the forms, keep checking the website for cut offs. All the best! There is no entrance exam for art students to get admission in Ferguson college, Pune. Just more than 80% in 12th board exam is enough to get admission. I wanted to prepare for UPSC so I have taken admission as it is the best college. FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES Fee for the college is so feasible. I pay only two thousand rupees per year. We also pay the fee for the exam to every term which is not more than I INR 800 rupees so there is no need for the student loan because the fee is so small.

Typical cutoff ranges according to reservations provided to different category (it was 81% for OPEN for the first list in 2015)
