Placements and Internships
I'm in my first year now. Have done an internship at MathOnGo, an education startup in the role of Growth Hacker. Great companies visit VIT. McKinsey, Amazon, Bank of America and Directi are some of the higher paying ones. The average salary for CSE is in the range of 6-7 lacs. Highest package offered this year was from Adobe: INR 39.5 lakhs per annum. Alumni network is also pretty strong. VITians are working in some top companies or studying in colleges such as MIT, CMU, Stanford.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
To be eligible you should have passed class 12th or in 12th. You need to take VITEEE exam. Rank cutoffs for CSE are around 4000.
Academics and Faculty
Classes follow Fully Flexible Credit system. You can choose your timings and teachers. Teachers teach using smart board and labs. Academics are hectic here.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is around INR 1.9 lakhs per annum. The scholarship is available to first 100 rankers. Loans are available in banks nearby.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is passing 12th with good marks atleast around 85%. Apply for VITEEE (which is entrance exam to get into college) and give the exam. It has maths, physics, chemistry, english and logical questions. Try to get good rank in the exam. The cutoff for cse is very high. But you can get a seat even with rank around 25k with 5th category.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entrance was relatively easy compared to JEE Main. The questions were quick to solve and direct. The examination type was online.
