Placements and Internships
I did the internship in the final semester, but no stipend. Average Package is 3-5 lakh per annum. Highest salary is 27lakh per annum from one of the navy company. Alumni meet happens once in 6 months. It is very helpful for the students to build their strong carrier
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria is based on CET Karnataka. To get into this course, we need to get the rank below 5000. Based on caste category you might also get higher ranks.
Academics and Faculty
College timings are from morning 8:30 to 4:00 pm. One group Project needed to be done in every semester. Exams are conducted according to VTU. Assignments are given W.R.T to the facility handling that subject. Quality is quite good when compared to other colleges Decent environment, simple rules, very spacious campus, good canteen.
Fees and Scholarships
60k per year. Since I am from General Merit category, I didn't receive any scholarship.But people from other categories got the scholarship. Based on your academic score, some of them gained the scholarship Around 70% of them got the scholarship Loans from Canara bank, syndicate bank based on your academic scores.
Clubs and Associations
All kinds of festivals were conducting. Both Intra and inter-college fests used to happen every year. It is quite normal. Not much pressure from faculties. All seniors are friendly.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got admission through the KCET exam.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria were having 50% in class 12 to appear for the COMEDK exam. I secured 7254 ranks in the COMEDK exam. After that, I had to appear for the counselling. There were 2 rounds of counselling. If anybody doesn't get the choice of college or choice of the branch they want in the first round then they can appear for the 2nd round. I got my choice of branch in electronics and communication in the 2nd round of counselling. Then I was asked to submit all the documents for the admission procedure at the college. The cutoffs vary drastically for different years papers. But to be in the first 7-8k rank is required to get ECE in RNSIT.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission can be taken either through KCET entrance examination. I came to this college through COMEDK. Normally the cutoffs for RNSIT is around 3-4k in KCET and around 9-11k in COMEDK.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I started studying at RNSIT in the year 2014 and I was admitted on the basis of my CET ranking. Once the CET counselling results were out, I got this college for computer science branch. The typical CET cutoff here for CSE is around 3k
