Placements and Internships

There is a number of opportunities for internships if you are intrested and want to perform. The most number of placements are done by IT companies and some of the companies visiting us are Zensar, Tata consultancy, Honda, Amazon and many others. The average salary offered is INR 30,000 per month.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

Infrastructure is great. Labs are well equipped. The college has a good library. Plenty of books are there to read. The campus has a boy and a girl hostel. The fees for boys hostel is INR 96000 per year including of the mess fee. There are many other hostels, flats and PGs are present outside of the campuses. Wifi is also provided in the campus hostel.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

One gets admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth university college of engineering by clearing an entrance exam called BVP CET. The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is that you need to score 50% or above in your class 12th board exams. Your branch is decided on the basis of the rank you get in the exam during the counseling.

Academics and Faculty

Academics here is fine. Total 75% of attendance are active. The faculty is experienced. A few of them are unexperienced. Marks of assignments and projects are counted in the final result. Overall teaching is fine.

Fees and Scholarships

The college fees are INR 1.2 lakh per year as in 2017. It may vary a little bit every year. It includes stationery and network security fees.

Clubs and Associations

There are different clubs in college like Malhar, Rhapdody, and many other social clubs like Leo and Rotaract on the campuses. There is also an EDC cell. NSS is active here. College fest called Bhartiyam is conducted every year. Life in college is fine.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To take admission in this college, one should have to pass through entrance exam and then counseling will be done further. The typical cutoffs for B.Tech is 180 marks out of 200. The placement cell of this college is awesome. One can achieve a package of INR 3-4 lakh approximately.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria was 60 percent in boards. My college conducts its own entrance, the name is BVP CET. Nothing typical cutoffs were there.
